- the #1 product in our portfolio by revenue and downloads. We lead in mobile. Now we’re scaling the web, and we’re looking for a Head of Performance Marketing who’ll own that mission.
This isn’t a role for someone who manages from a distance
- we’re inviting an expert who can dive into the data, audit a campaign and provide precise, actionable direction to the team to elevate our execution from good to world-class. You’ll bridge the gap between high-level strategy and tactical excellence, working with multi-million dollar budgets, a full in-house creative machine, and a highly capable team. Your scope goes beyond UA: you’ll own web growth, mobile acquisition, and ASO from one seat.

What you will do: Own performance marketing end-to-end: define the UA strategy across all channels, set the roadmap, and drive the numbers
- ROMI, CAC, LTV, forecast profit
- while ensuring strong Web–Mobile synergy Be the playing coach the team needs: audit campaigns, read attribution setups, diagnose what’s not converting, and give your colleagues precise direction to fix it. You won’t run campaigns yourself
- but you could, and the team will know it Build a real experimentation system: translate data into hypotheses, hypotheses into tests, and tests into scaling decisions. Every pivot explainable, every win repeatable Defend and evolve the strategy at board level: in your first 90 days, present a full UA strategy

- to the board. Quarterly, you own the forecast and the narrative behind it Lead and grow the team: UAMs, Web Growth Manager, ASO Manager, and Graphic & Promo Designer. Build a culture where ownership is the norm. Coordinate with the Brand, PR, and Influencer Marketing teams Connect marketing signals to product: bring acquisition data, user insights, and market intelligence into product discovery. Help build growth loops that compound over time Partner and collaborate closely with the in-house creative team on creative strategy for paid channels
What you should have: A proven track record in User Acquisition
- you grew up in UA, you know the discipline inside out, and performance marketing is your native language 5+ years running paid growth teams with direct accountability for growth metrics
- revenue, CAC, ROMI
- in B2C subscription products Confirmed cases of scaling web acquisition
- numbers you can talk through, not just channels you’ve touched Channel mastery: Meta, Google, TikTok and beyond. You can walk into any ad account, read what’s wrong, and tell the team exactly how to fix it Leadership experience with a team of direct reports
- you’ve hired, mentored, and if necessary, made hard calls. You know what a high bar looks like and you hold it
