Head of Affiliate/CPA/(CIS)

🚀 Join Our Team as a Head of Affiliate (Remote) We are looking for an experienced Head of Affiliate to lead our performance marketing efforts across CIS markets and build a scalable, profitable customer acquisition system. This role involves full ownership of traffic acquisition, unit economics, and affiliate network development, with a strong focus on consistent FTD and ROI growth. Be part of a team that launches exciting new projects worldwide! 🌎 What experience is important to us: 📌 Responsibilities Manage and scale traffic acquisition across multiple products Develop and optimize key channels (Paid Social, Google Ads/UAC, SEO/ASO, PPC, Affiliate, Influencers) Build and optimize the full acquisition funnel (inbound & outbound) Scale the affiliate network and improve partnership terms Ensure traffic quality, conduct analytics, and prevent fraud Analyze CJM and improve conversion across the funnel Build and scale the team, optimize internal processes

✅ Requirements 3+ years of experience in iGaming / betting 2+ years in a Head / Lead role in performance / acquisition Proven track record of scaling traffic and growing FTD Strong understanding of CIS markets and traffic sources Hands-on experience with key channels (Paid Social, Google Ads/UAC, SEO/ASO, Affiliate, Influencers) Strong expertise in analytics and unit economics (CPA, ROI, ARPU, LTV, FTD) Strong negotiation and partner management skills, with understanding of iGaming regulations Knowledge of Ukrainian/Russian, English (B2)
