We are looking for an experienced Head of Affiliates to lead and scale our affiliate direction within a fast-growing iGaming product focused on Tier-1 markets. This is a strategic leadership role for a performance-driven professional who can build systems, grow partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth through affiliate channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the Affiliate Marketing strategy with a strong focus on Tier-1 markets Build and scale a high-performing affiliate network (affiliates, media buyers, SEO affiliates, etc.) Design and implement a transparent KPI framework based on unit economics (ROI, LTV, CAC, ARPU/ARPPU) Analyze and optimize affiliate performance metrics Ensure traffic quality control and anti-fraud processes Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams Manage affiliate budgets and optimize cost efficiency Lead negotiations, finalize agreements, and maintain relationships with key partners Build, mentor, and manage the affiliate team Requirements 3+ years of experience as Head of Affiliates / Affiliate Lead / Senior Affiliate Manager Proven experience in iGaming Strong understanding of affiliate marketing mechanics and performance models Hands-on experience with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models Experience scaling affiliate channels and expanding into Tier-1 markets Experience managing and developing a team Strong analytical and data-driven mindset What We Offer Opportunity to influence product growth and affiliate strategy Competitive compensation package Career growth within a large holding structure Remote work format Fast decision-making processes and no micromanagement
