What you’ll do • Create viral short-form videos (TikTok / Reels / Shorts) • Use AI tools: • Sora (or similar) • Runway / Pika / Kling • Build clickbait hooks (first 1–3 seconds = everything) • Turn ideas into high-converting video flows • Produce content daily (speed matters more than perfection) • Test → iterate → scale what works

Work format • Full-time • Startup speed (fast, intense, no hand-holding) • Performance-driven environment

We use Hubstaff for time tracking — we’re focused on output and accountability.
