Head of Growth/CMO
Description
Peeklogic is an international IT company specializing in Salesforce consulting, custom development, and product solutions for clients across the US and Europe. We are looking for a Head of Growth / CMO to build and scale a predictable, data-driven marketing engine that directly impacts revenue. This is a strategic and hands-on role, where you will own the full funnel - from acquisition to closed deals - and transform marketing into a measurable growth function. for this position and become a part of our great team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute an end-to-end marketing strategy across services and products
- Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Build and scale multi-channel acquisition (SEO, paid media, outbound, partnerships, content, events)
- Revenue Engine & Funnel Ownership
- Own the full funnel: Traffic → MQL → SQL → Closed Won
- Design and optimize conversion at each stage
- Align closely with the sales team to drive pipeline quality and velocity
- Implement lead scoring, segmentation, and pipeline management frameworks
- Data-Driven Marketing
- Build and manage analytics systems (dashboards, attribution models, CAC, LTV)
- Own CRM processes (Salesforce)
- Drive decisions based on data, not assumptions
- Continuously analyze and optimize channel performance
- Marketing Operations & AI Enablement
- Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows, content production, and analytics
- Build and scale marketing automation systems
- Brand & Market Presence
- Strengthen global digital presence (website, SEO, content strategy)
- Build a strong and differentiated brand positioning
- Develop case studies, thought leadership, and market credibility
- Budgeting & Performance Management
- Own marketing budget planning and allocation
- Ensure efficient spend with clear ROI / ROAS accountability
- Prioritize high-impact growth channels
- Product & Service Growth
- Drive go-to-market and growth for internal services and products
- Collaborate with product teams on product marketing
- Validate growth hypotheses and launch new initiatives
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing / growth / CMO roles (IT services, SaaS, or consulting) Proven track record of:
- building marketing strategy from scratch
- scaling lead generation and pipeline
- driving measurable revenue growth Hands-on experience with:
- CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- analytics and data-driven decision-making
- SEO, performance marketing, and inbound channels Experience managing budgets and cross-functional teams Practical experience using AI tools in marketing
Core Competencies: Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution Business mindset: marketing = revenue Deep understanding of B2B funnels and sales processes High level of ownership and accountability Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
