About the Role We’re looking for a developer who’s excited about the future of AI-driven development. This role is built around Vibe Coding — a modern approach where you collaborate with AI tools to design, build, and ship applications faster than traditional development allows. Instead of writing everything manually, you guide AI, shape outputs, and focus on delivering real products. If you enjoy thinking in systems, making smart architectural decisions, and using AI as a true coding partner — this role is for you. Your Responsibilities Design and build production-level AI-powered applications Work deeply with AI coding tools and prompt engineering Quickly transform client requirements into working prototypes Iterate fast and deliver results (not just code) Collaborate with modern conversational AI platforms Work closely with a fast-paced, talented team Support and mentor junior developers Requirements 2+ years of commercial software development experience Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience Strong understanding of system design and architecture Ability to review, debug, and improve AI-generated code High level of independence and self-management Strong spoken English (working with US & Israel clients) Nice to Have Experience with modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, Next.js) Full-stack development background Experience with AI tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.) Russian language Work Setup Full-time, remote Monday–Friday 9:00 AM
