Senior Ruby + Python Engineer

We are looking for an expert in Ruby and Python development—the One with a desire to grow, who can’t live without constant improvements and learning. We need an Engineer with excellent communication skills and a strong organizational mindset.

About you in a couple of rows: Strong software design mentality — you care about the "why" as much as the "how." Expert in Ruby and Python — you are comfortable switching between stacks. API Expert — you have extensive experience creating, consuming, and refactoring web services and APIs. Great Communicator — you have a good level of English and are comfortable with frequent communication with third-party services and partners. Database Proficient — expert in relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL. Clean Code Advocate — you understand the necessity of creating maintainable code and are comfortable with self-code-reviewing and refactoring.

Would be a plus if: Proactive approach — we love working with people who come forward and propose their own ideas. Infrastructure curious — you are not afraid of new technologies or diving into complex service integrations.
