Technical Lead (Java / Node.js /.NET / PHP)

Mirko Solutions is an international IT company specializing in web and mobile development for clients across the US, Canada, EU, and Australia. We are growing rapidly and are looking for a strong Technical Lead to join our team and drive complex, high-impact projects.

Job Requirements: 5+ years of software engineering experience Strong hands-on experience with at least 2+ of the following:Java (Spring / Spring Boot) Node.js (TypeScript, NestJS, Express) .NET (C#,.NET Core) PHP (Laravel, Symfony)

Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Team Lead / Architect Strong background in deg scalable and distributed systems Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Experience integrating multiple third-party services Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities Take full technical ownership of one or multiple projects Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems across multiple tech stacks Stay hands-on with development while leading the team Define architecture, engineering standards, and best practices Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and clients Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and grow the team’s technical expertise Drive delivery together with project / delivery managers Improve development processes, CI/CD, and system reliability Work with third-party services and integrations across different domains

Nice to have Experience working in multi-stack environments Background with high-load or real-time systems Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture Experience with DevOps practices (Terraform, CI/CD pipelines) Experience in outsourcing
