AI Builder (data/product dep)

We’re looking for an AI Builder to help our client design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions that enhance internal efficiency and accelerate innovation across go-to-market teams.

Beetroot’s client is an Israeli food and beverage AI platform built for revenue activation. As an AI Builder, you’ll play a key role in driving internal innovation by deg and implementing practical AI solutions that streamline workflows and improve decision-making across go-to-market teams. From identifying opportunities to prototyping and deploying solutions, your work will directly enhance operational efficiency and empower marketing, sales, and customer teams to perform at scale.

What you'll do in this role

Build and deploy AI-powered tools and features for internal use across teams Design and implement automated pipelines to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency Develop scalable AI solutions that integrate with existing systems and data infrastructure Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new AI capabilities Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed solutions for performance and reliability

We're looking for

Strong experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments Familiarity with agent frameworks and tool protocols (e.g., MCP and similar standards) Hands-on experience with pipeline automation and workflow orchestration Proven ability to scale AI solutions across systems and teams Experience with modern AI platforms and no-code/low-code automation tools (e.g., N8N, Make, Lovable, Claude) Strong problem-solving skills with a builder mindset - able to go from idea to implementation quickly Very good English level, all communications and meetings are in English

A proactive research mindset — someone who brings new solutions and tools to the table, not just executes on what's given Experience working with go-to-market teams Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. Solid understanding of data analysis practices and methodologies Experience in fast-paced, startup, or scale-up environments Naming five or more dishes that include beetroot besides borshch.
