System Administrator

Type: Project-based engagement( 3 months full-time, after part-time) After project completion: Ongoing part-time cooperation (support & maintenance) Format: 100% remote
Dripify is looking for a System Administrator for a company-wide IT audit and systematization — access management, MDM, SSO, and security processes rolled out across the entire organization Requirements: — 3+ years of experience in system administration or IT operations — Confident macOS administration (device setup, troubleshooting, lifecycle management) — Hands-on experience with MDM platforms, with a strong preference for Kandji — Solid experience with SSO/IAM: Google Workspace administration, Okta or similar identity providers — Experience administering Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence): user management, permissions, project configuration — Proven experience managing access across SaaS tools such as Slack, Figma, Atlassian, and similar platforms — Understanding of compliance and audit readiness: familiarity with IT audits and ability to prepare systems and processes accordingly — Experience with VPN setup and remote access management — Strong documentation culture: ability to create clear, structured, and maintainable process documentation — Self-directed and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Responsibilities: — Full lifecycle access management: onboarding, offboarding, role-based permissions, and access reviews across all corporate tools — SSO configuration and management (Google Workspace / Okta / JumpCloud) — connecting all SaaS tools under a single identity provider — Administration of the entire SaaS stack: Slack, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Kandji, ELK, and other tools the team relies on daily — macOS device management via MDM (Kandji) — remote setup, policies, enrollment, security baselines, and software deployment for the full team — Security and compliance: preparing the company for IT audits, maintaining documentation, implementing access control policies, and enforcing security standards — VPN setup and management for secure remote access to internal resources — User support (1st and 2nd line) for hardware issues, account access, software problems — all handled remotely — License and asset management: tracking software subscriptions, renewals, and Mac hardware inventory — Maintaining an internal IT knowledge base: documenting processes, writing clear guides for teammates
Would be a plus: — Experience scripting in Bash or Python to automate IT workflows — SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit preparation experience — Familiarity with zero-trust security concepts
