What You’ll Be Doing (BI Analyst / BI Developer) Owning BI reporting direction: dashboards, data marts, and data quality. Developing, maintaining, and deg BI reports (≈70% of the role). Building and optimizing scripts and data layers (≈30%). Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Maintaining daily availability and freshness of key reports. Communicating with business teams to translate needs into reports. Developing and improving ETL processes. Optimizing dashboard performance and query efficiency. Supporting and scaling BI infrastructure. What Makes You a Great Fit 2+ years of experience in BI / Data Analytics. Strong SQL skills (complex queries, aggregations, window functions). Data-driven mindset — you understand metrics and how they impact decisions. Ability to clearly explain logic, calculations, and insights to business stakeholders. High attention to detail and strong data validation skills. Focus on business outcomes, not just technical implementation. Bonus Points Experience with Python for automation and data processing. Experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools). Background in query optimization and dashboard performance tuning. Experience in iGaming. Background in Big4 / audit.
