Who This Role Is For This role is ideal for students or recent graduates from journalism, marketing, advertising, or communications faculties who want hands-on experience in B2B social media and employer branding. Previous commercial SMM experience is not required. You will work under the guidance of a marketing lead and follow a clear content plan and brand framework. What You Will Do Publish content according to an approved content calendar accoross companies social media profiles (Linkedin, Instagram, YouTube) Write short posts captions in English based on the provided materials Select, adapt, or create simple branded visuals using Canva or Figma in collaboration with the designer Monitor basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks) Prepare monthly performance summaries under supervision from the marketing team Suggest ideas for content formats, visuals, or engagement improvements Support employer branding content (team posts, internal culture, behind-the-scenes) Ensure content is correctly formatted, proofread, and published on time Required Skills and Competencies Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) Interest in content marketing, communications, or digital media Strong written communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work with structured tasks and follow guidelines Basic skills in Canva or Figma not necessary but will be a plus Good time management and reliability in meeting deadlines Willingness to learn and accept feedback English — upper-intermediate (B2) Used for writing posts and internal communication German — beginner level (A2) is a strong plus Used mainly for reading comments or basic content adaptation Nice to Have (Not Required) Academic background in journalism, marketing, advertising, or communications Basic familiarity with social media analytics (LinkedIn Insights, Meta tools) Interest in B2B, consulting, technology, or employer branding Growth Opportunities Development into a Middle Social Media Specialist Exposure to B2B marketing, employer branding, and content strategy Opportunity to expand into content marketing, marketing analytics, or brand communications Portfolio-ready experience with a European consulting company What We Offer Part-time, fully remote work compatible with university studies Clear tasks, structured processes, and realistic expectations Mentorship and feedback from experienced marketer International team and English-speaking work environment Long-term collaboration opportunity based on performance
