VIP Lead

VIP Lead We are looking for a VIP Lead to manage and grow our VIP segment (low, mid, high rollers). You will lead the VIP team, develop and optimize the VIP program, and drive retention and revenue growth from high-value players.
Responsibilities Lead and manage the VIP team, ensuring high performance. Develop and enhance the VIP program (levels, bonuses, privileges). Define VIP strategies to improve retention, upgrades, and revenue. Oversee key metrics: GGR, ARPU, LTV, retention, churn. Personalize VIP player journeys and communications. Collaborate with CRM, product, analytics, and payments teams. Analyze VIP program performance and implement improvements. Requirements 3+ years in iGaming / betting / casino, with VIP experience. Proven experience managing a team of VIP or account managers. Strong understanding of key metrics: GGR, ARPU, LTV, retention, churn. Experience building or improving VIP programs. Analytical, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills. English B2+
