DevSecOps Developer – Cloud and Dev Tools (AWS/Python/IaC)

About the job As a DevSecOps Developer, you will play a key role in developing, automating, and optimizing our Cloud Development tools and environments. You’ll contribute to building reliable, scalable, and secure developer platforms used across the organization. Projects will be related mainly to the financial domain.

What you’ll do Develop efficient, reusable, and maintainable code in Python, TypeScript, and Git-based environments Perform code reviews, implement best practices, and ensure quality via SonarQube Automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring tasks using GitLab CI/CD and scripting Collaborate with architects, system admins, and developers to ensure seamless integration and interoperability Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews Document code, scripts, and configurations to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability Contribute to AI solution delivery and tooling for developers, including agentic AI pipelines

Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with AWS (core services and cloud automation) Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, AWS CDK CI/CD pipelines: GitLab (automation and deployment) Advanced software development: Git, Python, TypeScript Experience with AI tools for developers: Amazon Q, Kiro, Claude, coding assistants, AI agents Practical experience with IDEs: VS Code, IntelliJ Knowledge of IT security principles and service management (ITIL or similar)

Experience Minimum of 5 years as a Developer Proven track record in collaborative, agile development environments Experience delivering AI solutions at scale is a plus

Soft Skills Excellent communication skills

• able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders Proactive, committed to continuous learning and improvement Strong team player Experience in community management, support, or communication handling

Education & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field EU citizenship required Fluency in English; an additional European language is a plus
