Data Architect (Azure / Databricks)

About the Project Our client is one of the world’s largest professional services networks, delivering audit, consulting, tax, and advisory services to a majority of Fortune 500 companies, leading financial institutions, and rapidly growing enterprises. The project is currently in an early phase, with more details to follow. The primary focus will be on deg and scaling modern data platforms within a cloud-based environment. ⸻ Role Overview We are looking for a Data Architect with strong expertise in Azure and Databricks to design robust, scalable, and high-performance data architectures for enterprise-level solutions. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Design end-to-end data architecture and data platforms • Define data models, standards, and best practices • Work with Azure ecosystem (including Databricks) • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable solutions • Ensure performance, reliability, and security of data systems • Provide architectural guidance across multiple data initiatives • Work closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs ⸻ Requirements (Must-have) • 9+ years of experience in data / software engineering • Hands-on experience with Azure • Strong background in data engineering / big data solutions • English level C1+ ⸻ Nice to Have • Experience in enterprise or consulting environments • Experience with large-scale distributed systems • Background in regulated industries (finance, etc.) ⸻ What We Offer • Opportunity to work with top-tier global clients • Influence on architecture and strategic decisions • Long-term engagement
