Recruit Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruit Team Leader who can drive hiring initiatives, optimize recruitment processes, and support the company’s growth through effective talent acquisition.

Responsibilities: Manage, coach, develop and motivate a team of Recruiters. Develop recruitment policies to inform the rest of the organization. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with the members of the Recruitment team, conduct the evaluation process. Collaborate closely with the Hiring managers to ensure that the team meets hiring targets and provides a great hiring experience. Drive innovation and be keen to explore and assess new processes, programs, and tools when needed. Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, prepare regular reports, and identify opportunities to improve team productivity and hiring efficiency. Act as a strategic partner to department team leaders and CEO, aligning hiring strategies with business needs and ensuring effective collaboration throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements: At least 3 years of working experience in the related field (Sourcer, Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist). At least 1 year of work experience as a manager of the team. Good English speaking and writing skills (upper-intermediate and higher) is a must. Good MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge. Management and leadership skills. Strong analytical and communicative skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Organized, multitasking, responsibility, willingness to learn. Being a pro-active, positive-minded team-player. High skills of business communication and business correspondence.
