Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and data-driven Middle Facebook Media Buyer to join our team and manage high-volume Meta advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, understands performance marketing mechanics, and knows how to optimize traffic for maximum ROI. Requirements 1-1,5 years of proven experience as a Facebook/Meta Media Buyer. Hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns with significant budgets. Strong understanding of funnels, optimization strategies, and audience behavior patterns. Experience in fintech, crypto, trading, iGaming, or other high-performance verticals is a strong plus. Proficient with Ads Manager, Events Manager, Pixel, and CAPI. Solid experience working with tracking systems, UTM parameters, and postbacks. Responsibilities Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Test creatives, audiences, placements, and hypotheses to improve performance. Monitor traffic quality and ensure KPI compliance. Analyze competitors and identify new growth opportunities. Work with analytics: build reports, interpret data, and provide optimization insights. Ensure correct tracking setup (UTMs, pixel, CAPI, trackers). Nice to have (Optional) Understanding of CPA/CPL/RevShare models. Experience with BI tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI). Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams or external agencies.
