Cargofy is building the AI-native operating system for global freight. Cargofy deploys autonomous AI agents that automate procurement, dispatching, negotiations, operations, tracking, and workflows for carriers, shippers, and 3PLs across the US, Europe, and Asia. Our platform processes 100,000+ loads per day and hundreds of thousands of real-time events — replacing manual logistics with fully autonomous AI.

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and multi-channel outreach across US, European, and Asian markets. You will be the tip of the spear for Cargofy sales engine.

Why This Role Exists Now Our product sells itself in demos — conversion is strong. But we need dedicated pipeline generation to match the scale of the opportunity. You will find, engage, and qualify prospects so the sales team can focus on closing deals.

What You Will Do Outbound prospecting — research and build targeted prospect lists (carriers, shippers, 3PLs, freight brokers), execute multi-channel outreach: cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling, run 80-120+ touchpoints per day Inbound lead response — respond to all inbound leads (demo requests, content downloads, event signups) within 5 minutes, ensure no lead goes cold Lead qualification — qualify leads using Discovery framework (BANT/MEDDIC), conduct initial discovery calls to understand pain points, workflows, and buying process Pipeline development — maintain CRM hygiene in Odoo CRM: every activity logged, every deal staged, build and maintain 30+ qualified opportunities per month SQL handoff — route qualified leads to AEs or Head of Sales with clear context: pain points, timeline, budget, decision-makers Market intelligence — document objections, competitor mentions, and market patterns, feed Product and Marketing with field intelligence, refine ICP and messaging

Who You Are 1-3 years in B2B SaaS sales, SDR, BDR, or lead generation Strong cold outreach skills: email, LinkedIn, phone Excellent written and spoken English (international prospects) Persistent, organized, and metrics-driven — you live in dashboards Comfortable with CRM tools (Odoo CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Coachable and hungry to learn — this is a launchpad role into sales leadership Logistics, freight, or supply chain industry knowledge is a bonus
