We are currently looking for a passionate Python Developer with Web3 / Crypto / Fintech / Banking experience to join our team.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience in fintech / crypto / Web3 projects
- 3+ years of professional experience with Python
- Strong experience with FastAPI
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming (async/await, event loops)
- Knowledge of microservices principles and architectural patterns
- Experience deg, implementing, and maintaining REST APIs
- Good understanding of event-driven systems (messaging, producers/consumers, retries)
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Docker, docker-compose, Git, Unix/Linux
- Understanding of SOLID principles and clean architecture
- Experience writing automated tests:
- Unit tests
- Integration tests
- End-to-end tests
- Analytical thinking and ability to decompose complex systems into maintainable components
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Self-motivation to learn and adopt new tools and technologies
- Intermediate English with strong written and verbal communication skills
Will Be a Plus
- Practical experience with workflow-based systems (e.g., Temporal.io)
- Experience with event-streaming platforms such as Kafka
- Experience integrating blockchain services
- Expirience with AI tools (Claude)
Responsibilities
- Update and improve existing functionality
- Create new features from scratch
- Integrate with various payment systems and services
- Write and maintain tests
- Implement innovative blockchain and fintech solutions
- Optimize code for security, high-load, and performance
