Bee's Knees is growing our expertise in Portugal and we're looking for a sourcing partner who knows the Lisbon tech scene inside out.
We need someone to build strong candidate pipelines for software engineering, DevOps, and AI roles, with a focus on reaching passive talent.
What the role involves: Proactive sourcing and personalised outreach (core focus) Candidate screening and qualification (a strong plus)
You'll be a great fit if you: Have hands-on experience sourcing engineering talent in Lisbon Know how to find and engage people who aren't actively looking Are comfortable working independently in a freelance setup
