Manual QA Engineer

📍 Location Remote ⏱ Commitment Part-time (~5 hours/day) 📄 Contract Type Long-term 🌎 Time Zone Required overlap with Eastern US business hours (EST/EDT) 🤝 Engagement Model Outstaff — you will be fully integrated into the client’s team, working closely with their developers and stakeholders, with tasks and planning managed on the client’s side.

🚀 About the Role We are looking for a skilled Manual QA Engineer to join multiple long-term eCommerce projects. You will focus on testing web applications and websites, ensuring high product quality across various environments. This role involves collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams and participation in different stages of the product lifecycle — from new feature development to maintaining live systems. 🛒 About the Projects Multiple ongoing eCommerce projects, including multi-store environments Work closely with several development teams across the organization Continuous involvement in:Feature development Enhancements Maintenance and scaling of existing solutions

🔍 Responsibilities Perform final validation of completed tasks before client approval or production release Identify defects, conduct regression testing, and coordinate fixes across teams Execute regular smoke and regression testing after frequent releases (several times per week) Ensure system stability and functional accuracy in production environments Create and maintain QA documentation (bug reports, checklists, internal guides) Participate in daily stand-ups and team syncs, ensuring clear communication and alignment ✅ Requirements 4–5+ years of experience in Manual QA (Middle+ level) Strong hands-on experience with Magento and Shopify (must-have) Deep understanding of key eCommerce flows:Catalog browsing Checkout and payments User accounts Promotions and discounts

Solid knowledge of testing methodologies:Regression Smoke Exploratory testing
