Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and create high-converting creatives for paid media and eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Strong experience in performance creatives is a must, along with proficiency in Figma.

Key Responsibilities: Create high-converting creatives for Meta Ads (static and variations) Design visuals for Google Ads (Display, Native, banners) Develop creatives for Amazon (A+, listing images, storefront, Amazon posts) Create assets for product pages and marketing campaigns Adapt and iterate creatives based on performance data Collaborate with the marketing team to align creatives with campaign goals Conduct A/B testing variations for ads (hooks, layouts, visuals) Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity Stay updated with trends in performance marketing creatives

Required Qualifications: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (2+ years) Strong portfolio with paid ads creatives (Meta, Google, etc.) Proficiency in Figma (must-have), Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator Experience creating performance-driven creatives (DTC / eCommerce preferred) Understanding of advertising principles and conversion-focused design Strong visual design skills (typography, layout, color) Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
