Financial BI Analyst (Tableau)

Gypsy Collective is looking for a Financial BI Analyst to build and maintain financial dashboards in Tableau. We are looking for a proactive and responsible analyst who can work independently, ensure data accuracy, and design clear and user-friendly dashboards.

Responsibilities: Build financial dashboards in Tableau (Revenue, Plan vs Actual, Cash Flow, Unit Economics) Design clear and user-friendly dashboards for business and finance teams Work with financial data (revenue, costs, marketing spend, margins, KPIs) Integrate data from Xero and other sources into Tableau Ensure data accuracy and consistency in dashboards Analyze financial metrics and identify trends or issues Communicate insights and explain data to stakeholders Take ownership of dashboards and manage tasks independently Continuously improve dashboards and reporting

Requirements 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics / BI / Financial Analytics Experience building dashboards in Tableau Experience working with financial data (revenue, expenses, margins, KPIs) Strong Tableau skills (dashboard design, data modeling) Advanced SQL Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills Understanding of data visualization best practices Strong analytical thinking Attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders
