DevOps Engineer (Hybrid Czech)

🔥 About the Role You need to be based in the Czech Republic or be willing to travel to Prague at least once a month. Czech language will be a huge plus.

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a fast-growing e-commerce team working on high-load, business-critical systems.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining infrastructure, improving CI/CD processes, and ensuring system reliability and performance.

This is a hands-on position with real impact on production systems used by thousands of users.

⚙️ Responsibilities Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines Work with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of applications Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems Manage deployments and system configurations Maintain system security (patching, backups, access control) Troubleshoot and resolve production issues Collaborate with developers and support teams

✅ Requirements 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code Experience with at least one cloud provider (Azure / AWS / GCP) Experience with microservices architecture Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and system observability Understanding of networking, firewalls, and load balancing Strong Linux skills and scripting (Bash / Python)
