SEO Team Lead

We are a digital agency working with international clients and looking for an SEO Team Lead to take ownership of SEO direction, build scalable strategies, and grow the team. This role combines hands-on expertise with leadership and strategic thinking. Responsibilities Build and execute SEO strategies for client projects Conduct technical SEO audits and identify growth opportunities Work with technical SEO, content strategy, and linkbuilding Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly Implement AI-driven solutions into SEO workflows Present strategies and results to clients Mentor SEO specialists and contribute to team growth Requirements

3+ years of experience in SEO Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and linkbuilding Experience with Ahrefs / Semrush Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Surfer SEO) Understanding of modern search trends (AI, GEO, LLM) Strong analytical and strategic thinking Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English Nice to have

Experience in digital or SEO agencies Experience mentoring or leading a team Experience building SEO processes or workflows Understanding of business impact (not just traffic) What we expect
