We are a software development company focused on delivering high-quality solutions for international clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Middle Lead Generation / Sales Specialist to help us strengthen our client acquisition process.

Responsibilities • Identify and research potential clients via LinkedIn (Sales Navigator is a must) • Build relevant and high-quality lead lists • Manage communication with prospects and handle follow-ups • Work with CRM (Pipedrive or similar): maintain pipeline, update lead statuses
Requirements • 2+ years of experience in lead generation / SDR / sales • Strong LinkedIn usage, including Sales Navigator • Experience with outreach tools such as Expandi, Lemlist, Apollo, Hunter • Hands-on experience with CRM systems • Upper-intermediate English level (written and spoken)
Nice to have • Experience with Upwork (bidding, client communication)
We offer • $700–$1000 fixed salary • 5% lifetime commission from each project brought through your SQLs • Full-remote, 8-hour workday • Compensation for English courses and professional development courses • Access to all necessary tools (Sales Navigator, outreach tools, etc.)
