BizDev Manager (Banking and PSP Partnerships)

Location: Remote Employment: Service Agreement (Full-time) Reports to: CEO

From merchant onboarding to bank integrations, from PSP partnerships to payment infrastructure - this is where fintech operations meet global payments.

To build and expand this infrastructure, we are looking for a BizDev Manager (Banking & PSP Partnerships) who understands how payment companies establish relationships with banks, EMIs, and PSPs - and can lead partnership development and onboarding processes across multiple jurisdictions.

This role sits at the intersection of business development, banking partnerships, and payment infrastructure setup.

Your Mission Build and manage the network of banking and PSP partnerships required for operating a high-risk payment infrastructure. You will be responsible for identifying payment partners, leading onboarding with banks and EMIs, and ensuring that the company has the operational accounts, acquiring setups, and payment capabilities required to serve global merchants.

What You Will Do Banking & PSP Partnerships Identify and establish partnerships with banks, EMIs, acquiring partners, and PSPs Evaluate payment providers and payment solutions suitable for merchant needs Build long-term relationships with payment partners across multiple jurisdictions Support expansion of the company’s payment infrastructure across new markets Onboarding & Account Setup Manage end-to-end onboarding with banks, EMIs, and PSPs Prepare and submit onboarding packages and documentation Coordinate due diligence processes with financial institutions Open and maintain: operational accounts, merchant acquiring accounts, MID / payment processing setups Documentation & Compliance Preparation Prepare and structure full KYC / AML / Due Diligence documentation packages Build corporate documentation including: Shareholder / UBO structures, Source of funds explanations, Corporate documentation packages Payment Infrastructure Coordination Work closely with Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth integration of payment providers Support implementation of new payment methods and acquiring channels Monitor onboarding timelines and partner activation

Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: Proven bank / EMI onboarding experience for fintech, PSP, or payment companies. Industry Knowledge: Fintech / PSP / High-Risk Merchants. Background: Experience working with European banks and EMIs. High-risk industries exposure is a strong plus. Skills:Detail-oriented and structured. Strong documentation & compliance mindset. Confident communicator with banks and risk teams. Able to manage multiple entities and deadlines at once.

Languages: English (B2+), Russian (preferred). Mindset: Ambitious, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-changing, high-risk environments.
