Data Analyst (Monitoring / Alerts)

Akurateco is a cutting-edge white-label payment software provider with 15+ years of hands-on experience in the payment industry. We bring our clients fully-brandable and easily customizable payment software. Our team is looking for Senior Monitoring Analytics Specialist.

Requirements: Experience working with NoSQL databases, specifically OpenSearch (Elasticsearch) is must have. Ability to build queries, filters, and aggregations in OpenSearch. Understanding of alerting principles and monitoring rule configuration. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to working with large datasets. Experience with Power BI (building interactive reports and data visualizations). Experience with Redash (SQL queries and dashboard creation). Knowledge and hands-on experience in Machine Learning (building models for monitoring and antifraud) will be a plus.

Responsibilities: Development and maintenance of analytical reports for the monitoring team. Creation and optimization of alerts to detect suspicious transactions and incidents. Data visualization in dashboards for real-time monitoring. Close collaboration with risk management and monitoring teams to уточнити вимоги. Analysis of the effectiveness of configured rules and their optimization.
