🚀 About Grade.app Grade.app is an ERP system for IT companies and digital agencies (10–500 employees) that helps manage finances, teams and operational processes all in one place. We already have a steady stream of leads (from marketing, partners and outbound), and now we need someone to turn those leads into revenue. 🎯 Your main goal Close deals and increase MRR: 🔥 Your responsibilities • Qualify leads (understand who our ICP is) • Identify business pain points and demonstrate the product’s value • Close deals (subscription / contract / payment) • Handle objections and ‘close the deal’ • Manage deals in the CRM (pipeline, statuses, forecasts) • Handle inbound leads and follow-ups • Meet sales targets (MRR) ✅ Requirements • English at B2+ level (a must) • Sales experience (B2B / SaaS would be an advantage) • Ability to make calls and confidently close deals • Energy and results-oriented 💡 Nice to have • Experience selling SaaS / ERP / IT products • Experience with CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) • Understanding of unit economics (MRR, LTV, CAC) 🎁 What we offer • A steady stream of warm leads (no need to find clients from scratch) • Direct line of communication with the founder and quick decision-making • Opportunity to quickly progress to Head of Sales • Remote-first working model 💰 Compensation • Fixed salary + % of closed deals (no cap) 📈 KPIs • Closed deals (number and value) • Conversion rate (demo → paid)
