We are looking for an HR Manager to join the Dataforest team. As an HR Manager, you will help improve key HR processes and support the growth and engagement of our team.

Key Responsibilities: Support and coordinate core HR processes with a focus on onboarding, performance evaluation, and regular 1:1 meetings. Assist in organizing employee development initiatives, internal learning activities, and training programs. Participate in planning and coordinating team-building activities, corporate events, and HR initiatives that strengthen the company culture and employer brand. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Communicate effectively with employees to support a positive workplace environment and collect feedback. Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related issues and improve internal processes.

Requirements: 1−2 years of experience in HR, ideally with involvement in onboarding, employee development, or performance processes. Proficient in English (Upper-Intermediate level or above). Experience with office and HR tools (Hurma, Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, Notion). Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
