Middle/Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS)

Devico is looking for a motivated and talented Middle/Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis.

Our software provides partners with advanced carbon management tools that simplify compliance, reduce emissions, and support success in a sustainable economy. Our mission is to automate and scale carbon management processes, helping companies optimize operations, reduce emissions across products and supply chains, and contribute meaningfully to the fight against global climate change.

Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS. Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using AWS CDK and CloudFormation. Build and support serverless solutions using AWS Lambda. Develop internal tools and automation scripts using Python. Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Collaborate with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff members to manage code releases. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Grafana Cloud. Ensure that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats. Automate and streamline operations and processes. Perform root cause analysis for production errors.

Requirements: Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role. Extensive experience with AWS services and cloud architecture. Strong experience with AWS CDK and CloudFormation. Experience building serverless solutions (AWS Lambda). Strong Python programming skills. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration. Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Experience with monitoring and observability tools, preferably Grafana Cloud. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices. Level of English: Upper-intermediate.
