Trainee / Junior SDR (Sales Development Representative)

SoftPeak is looking for a motivated Trainee/Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who wants to start a career in IT sales and build direct communication with potential customers on LinkedIn. This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to enter the IT industry, learn outbound sales from scratch, and grow into a Sales Executive role.

Responsibilities Reach out to potential customers through LinkedIn messages Generate interest and schedule meetings with potential clients Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities Work closely with the CEO and Head of Outbound while learning the sales process

Requirements No prior experience required - we are open to motivated candidates who want to start a career in IT sales English level: B2-C2 Strong communication skills and ability to engage people in meaningful conversations Systematic and disciplined approach to work Willingness to learn and consistently perform daily outreach tasks

Expected Daily Activity 10 new LinkedIn messages per day (at least 50% personalized) 15 personalized intro videos per day (3-4 minutes via Loom)
