PSP Manager

We are a performance-driven affiliate and DTC company operating across multiple verticals, including subscription-based products and one-time purchase e-commerce models.
We work internationally with a strong EU focus and actively scale payment infrastructure across multiple GEOs.
About the Role We are looking for a PSP Manager who will take full ownership of payment operations and provider relationships.
Responsibilities Sourcing and onboarding new payment service providers Managing relationships with acquirers and processors Negotiating fees, rolling reserves, and contract terms Improving approval rates and reducing payment declines Monitoring and managing chargeback ratios Optimizing 3DS flows and fraud settings Working with cascading and routing logic Coordinating with tech and finance teams Scaling processing capacity across different GEOs
Requirements Proven experience with PSPs and payment processing Experience with subscription or one-time purchase models Strong understanding of approval rate optimization Experience managing chargebacks Strong negotiation skills Analytical mindset Ability to work independently
Strong Plus Experience working with EU acquirers Understanding of BIN routing and cascading Experience managing multiple MIDs Familiarity with international payment flows
