Playtech‘s POP (Playtech Open Platform) Team is looking for a proactive Product Operations Engineer Intern with strong investigation skills.

Your influential mission. You will... Process internal and external customers' requests and issues Make investigation of user complaints by application logs analysis and finding solution based on existing documentation Collaborate with partners and stakeholders through ticket systems and emails Apply application configuration changes Support deployment, verification and testing processes

Components for success. You... Have technical education and mindset with attention to details Possess intermediate or higher proficiency in English, both written and spoken Demonstrate clear and well‑structured verbal and written communication Are able to analyze application and system logs Bring strong troubleshooting and investigation skills Have a basic understanding of network communications and protocols, including HTTP(S), TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and load balancing

You'll get extra points for... Experience with visualization tools such as Kibana and Grafana Familiarity with Linux command line interface Experience in L2 production application support Experience with CI/CD tools and processes, including Git, Jenkins, Argo CD Programming/scripting on one of programming languages
