What You’ll Do As a Senior Paid Search Media Buyer, you will be the driving force behind our clients’ paid search success. Collaborating closely with CMOs and Creative Teams, you’ll develop and execute cutting-edge paid search strategies that maximize ROI and fuel business growth. Your expertise will be critical in navigating the complexities of eCommerce and lead generation, leveraging advanced tools and technologies to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Lead Advanced Paid Search Strategies: Develop and execute sophisticated paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other relevant platforms, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Spearhead Feed Optimization: Manage and optimize product feeds in Google Merchant Center, ensuring accurate, high-performing product data through advanced attribute optimization and troubleshooting. Implement Conversion Tracking: Set up and refine eCommerce conversion value tracking, integrating seamlessly with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to support intelligent bidding strategies like tROAS. Drive DTC and Lead Generation: Scale DTC eCommerce brands and manage high-performing lead-generation campaigns, including optimizing landing pages and nurturing funnels. Leverage AI and Automation: Collaborate with data scientists to utilize machine learning models for campaign optimization, audience targeting, and predictive analytics. Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to continuously elevate campaign performance.

What Success Looks Like Building and executing high-performing paid search campaigns for 20+ accounts, achieving top-tier ROAS, CPC, and conversion benchmarks. Optimizing client budgets to maximize performance while meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Developing deep, trusting relationships with clients based on your expert knowledge and results-driven approach. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and drive client success. Earning recognition for innovative strategies that deliver significant lifts in conversion rates, revenue, or client growth metrics.

Job Requirements To excel in this role, you must bring a wealth of experience and expertise: Experience 5-7+ years managing eCommerce paid search campaigns, with a proven track record of scaling DTC brands and lead-generation campaigns. Platform Expertise Extensive experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display), Microsoft Advertising, and familiarity with emerging platforms like TikTok Ads or Pinterest Ads. Feed Optimization Advanced proficiency in Google Merchant Center, including feed management, attribute optimization, and resolving complex feed issues. Conversion Tracking Deep understanding of eCommerce conversion value setup, GA4 integration, and advanced bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, manual CPC). Lead Generation Proven success running lead-generation campaigns on Google, including landing page optimization and lead nurturing. Technical Skills Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; SQL knowledge is a plus. Tool Familiarity Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, Wordpress and other eCommerce tools; understanding of how these integrate to scale brands. AI and Automation Familiarity with AI-driven optimization tools (e.g., for automated bidding, creative generation, or predictive analytics) is a significant plus. Soft Skills Exceptional problem-solving, high emotional intelligence, and outstanding written/verbal communication to articulate strategies to diverse stakeholders. Work Style Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Learning Commitment Dedication to continuous learning, staying updated on digital marketing trends, regulations, and platform updates. Agency Experience Prior experience in an agency setting or client-facing role is a must.
