We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven IT Recruiter (Part-Time) to join our team! We’re searching for a recruiter who will support our main recruiter in closing open vacancies, primarily IT positions. This is a part-time role with flexible workload, focused on helping us move faster and more efficiently in our hiring processes.

What we expect from you: 0.5 - 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment Completed HR/Recruitment courses English level: Intermediate or higher Experience in closing both technical and non-technical positions (with a strong focus on IT roles) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and the ability to identify relevant candidates according to job requirements

What you’ll do: Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing Support the main recruiter in closing open vacancies Work mostly with IT positions (developers, product roles, marketing, etc.) Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements Communicate with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience Present qualified candidates in a timely manner If you’re organized, proactive, and enjoy working with IT roles — we’d love to connect 🚀
