We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Kyiv team and drive full-cycle recruitment.

About the Role Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys building strong partnerships with hiring managers and identifying top talent? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can take ownership of the hiring process and influence recruitment strategy? If so, we would love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring processes from job briefing to offer stage. Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and advise on candidate selection. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Develop effective sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines. Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates’ competencies and potential. Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in recruitment (in-house). Experience hiring mid- and senior-level specialists. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. English level B1+ or higher. Proactive, structured, and result-oriented mindset.
