Marketing Growth Manager (Apps) / PMM

About the role We are building a Lean Apps Factory — a fast-moving environment focused on launching, testing, and scaling subscription-based mobile apps across multiple niches such as health, productivity, education, and lifestyle. We are looking for a Marketing Growth Manager (PMM) who will own growth for one or more apps and turn funnels, creatives, and acquisition into predictable revenue. This is a highly impactful role at the intersection of performance marketing, product, creative, and data. Responsibilities Own growth streams end-to-end (app / funnel / geo / segment) Design and execute go-to-market strategies, including:ICP definition and segmentation messaging and positioning W2W and W2A funnels onboarding and paywall optimisation
Collaborate with UA Managers on:media plans and testing roadmap CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback optimisation
Work with Creative team to:generate and test creative concepts and angles identify winning creatives and scale them
Analyse performance data and define priorities:what to scale what to stop what to test next
Partner with Product, Tech, and Data teams to improve:tracking and dashboards funnel performance automation and experimentation frameworks
Requirements 3+ years of experience in Growth / Performance Marketing / PMM for mobile apps or subscription products Experience working with mobile or web funnels (W2W or W2A) Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions Experience with CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback and retention metrics Experience working cross-functionally with UA, Product, Creative, and Data teams Comfortable working in fast-paced, experimentation-driven environments English level: Intermediate or higher We offer Above-market compensation Performance bonuses Friendly and supportive team environment Fast decision-making and minimal bureaucracy Opportunity to work on global mobile products Professional growth and career development opportunities Learning support and access to educational resources Paid vacation and sick leave
