Full-Stack Engineer (Python / FastAPI + GenAI)

We’re building an AI-native CRM platform that completely redefines how sales automation works. By structuring data for intelligent automation, we enable agentic AI to design workflows, assist Sales Leaders and Reps in real time, and generate predictable sales funnels

About the Role This role is for engineers who thrive in dynamic environments where processes are still being shaped and impact is immediate. At ChatRevenue, we focus on outcomes rather than ceremonies

• no endless grooming sessions or heavy planning rituals. Our engineering processes are evolving, and you’ll have a direct influence on how they are structured. There are no excessive management layers or long approval chains
• decisions are made quickly through open discussion and direct collaboration. Previous startup experience is not required. What matters is your ability to operate without rigid rules, take initiative, and make independent technical decisions.

What You’ll Do Architect and maintain backend services using Python / FastAPI Build seamless integrations with between our code product and external ecosystems (CRM, communication platforms) Design and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines Develop and deploy production-ready Generative AI features to enhance product capabilities Lead features from initial technical design to production release and ongoing support Deliver high-quality code in short, impactful cycles Maintain DevOps best practices (testing, CI/CD, security, containerization)

What We’re Looking For Strong Python skills (FastAPI, async, Pydantic) Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL), Pandas, and data pipelines Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, Kafka Experience with CI/CD and Git-based workflows Curiosity about product-building and openness to evolving environments Strong teamwork skills

• constructive code reviews, active participation in technical discussions, and ownership mindset

Nice to have Experience with OpenSearch DevSecOps exposure Advanced debugging skills Azure API Management Experience developing Generative AI features Integrations with Salesforce, Google Meet, or similar platforms
