We prioritize transparency, compliance, and long-term partnerships. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth of mobile app offers within the US market. The ideal candidate has a strong background in performance marketing, understands white-hat traffic sources, and has an existing network of affiliates or media buyers in the US. You will be responsible for attracting, onboarding, and scaling affiliates who generate compliant, high-quality traffic for mobile app campaigns. Key Responsibilities Identify and recruit new affiliates and media buying teams in the US market Develop and maintain long-term relationships with publishers and partners Present and sell mobile app offers (CPI, CPA, CPL models) Negotiate commercial terms and traffic volumes Ensure traffic quality and compliance with advertiser requirements Work closely with account managers and compliance teams to optimize performance Monitor KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, LTV) and scale profitable partnerships Analyze market trends and competitor activity Requirements 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance-based sales Strong understanding of white-hat traffic sources (Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, search, in-app, etc.) Existing network of US-based affiliates/media buyers is a strong advantage Experience with mobile app offers (iOS/Android) Knowledge of tracking platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.) Strong negotiation and communication skills Results-driven mindset with proven revenue growth Fluent English (written and spoken) We Offer Competitive base salary + performance-based commission Access to exclusive US mobile app offers Flexible remote work environment Fast decision-making and transparent processes Opportunity to grow within an expanding affiliate network If you are passionate about performance marketing and know how to scale white-hat mobile traffic in the US market, we would love to hear from you. and let’s grow together.
