Middle Java Engineer

We are looking for a Middle Backend Engineer to join a product-driven fintech environment focused on building next-generation deposit solutions for European banking partnerships.

You will become part of a cross-functional team responsible for a core deposit platform that powers both B2C and B2B channels. The platform enables banks to offer competitive deposit products while ensuring a seamless and secure customer experience. The system processes millions of requests daily and plays a critical role in handling deposit orders and maintaining their lifecycle over time. This is a high-load, business-critical domain where precision, reliability, and resilience are non-negotiable. Responsibilities: Deg, developing, and maintaining backend microservices in a modern Java ecosystem; Building and supporting complex integrations with third-party CMS tools; Ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial and accounting-related data; Improving system resilience, scalability, and performance; Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a product-oriented setup; Participating in discovery, refining requirements, and contributing to well-defined user stories.

Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot (modern versions); Solid background in microservices and event-driven architectures; Experience with Kafka and AWS-based environments; Understanding of high-load and distributed systems; Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams; Experience participating in discovery and requirements analysis.

Nice to have: FinTech or financial domain experience; Interest in product thinking and contributing beyond pure engineering.
