Automation QA Engineer (Playwright + TypeScript)
Description
We are looking for a Middle+ Automation QA Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of a high-load financial exchange platform. The product operates in a domain with elevated quality, reliability, and performance requirements.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright + TypeScript. Design scalable and maintainable test architecture. Contribute to the overall test automation strategy. Perform UI and API test automation. Analyze defects and participate in root cause investigations. Collaborate with developers and product teams. Participate in code reviews and quality initiatives. Help improve QA processes and best practices.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in QA / Test Automation. Solid hands-on experience with Playwright. Strong knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript. Experience with UI test automation. Experience with API testing / automation. Understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies. Experience working with Git. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. English level: Intermediate or higher.
Nice to have: Experience with high-load or complex systems. Experience in fintech / trading / financial products. Knowledge of REST / network protocols. Experience with test reporting & debugging tools.
