RESPONSIBILITIES: Leading full-cycle development of AI-powered web applications Deg and implementing scalable full-stack solutions Participating in technical architecture decisions and defining best practices Translating business and product requirements into technical solutions Leading projects end-to-end from technical strategy to implementation Mentoring engineers and ensuring code quality and delivery standards Communicating technical trade-offs, timelines, and solutions with stakeholders Solving complex technical challenges and coordinating implementation
REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of experience in Full Stack software development Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript Experience with SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) Experience with NoSQL solutions (Redis or similar) Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices Experience working with microservices architecture Experience deg and implementing RESTful APIs Knowledge of OAuth and single sign-on (SAML) Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks Strong communication and analytical skills English level: B2–C1 (spoken and written) Flexibility with working hours to participate in meetings with Eastern USA
