Software Engineer (WinUI 3)

We are looking for a Senior Desktop Engineer with strong WinUI 3 expertise to take ownership of our Windows desktop application and help shape a modern, high-performance medical product.

Our client is building an AI-powered medical decision-support product and is looking for a WinUI 3 Engineer to join the team and take ownership of a modern Windows desktop application.

What Youʼll Do Design and develop a modern Windows desktop application using WinUI 3 Build responsive, high-performance UIs for real-time medical workflows Implement clean MVVM architecture and reusable UI components Collaborate closely with backend, AI, product, and design teams Improve performance, stability, and usability of the application Write and maintain technical documentation

Requirements 3+ years of professional C# desktop development Strong hands-on experience with WinUI 3 (required) Solid understanding of MVVM architecture Experience with multithreading / async programming / IPC in Windows applications Strong knowledge of software design patterns Experience with unit testing in C# Experience building and maintaining Windows installers (MSI or similar) Experience working in mixed C# + Python environments (integration level)

Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory) Experience with Python Experience with REST or gRPC Experience in medical, healthcare, or regulated environments Knowledge of application security best practices Experience with kiosk-mode or controlled-environment applications Experience with distributed or real-time systems
