Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager who’s comfortable working independently and coordinating a team. The role is fully remote and suited for someone who values order, consistency, clear communication, and results.

What You’ll Do

Understand client needs and turn them into clear, actionable tasks for the team. Collaborate on creating marketing and web assets — banners, presentations, websites, videos, and more. Coordinate the work of designers and developers: set priorities, track deadlines, and ensure high-quality execution. Take part in daily stand-ups to discuss tasks, progress, and challenges. Align with Inshi’s values and help grow a strong team culture.

What We’re Looking For

Experience working as a project manager in service-based companies or on projects related to design and development. Basic knowledge of Figma. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Communication skills and a client-first attitude. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
