About the Role We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager responsible for outbound lead generation and initial written communication with potential clients. This role involves a large amount of routine, systematic work, so we are looking for someone with real hands-on experience who is mentally comfortable working with repetitive outbound processes and focused on results. The main channels are LinkedIn and Upwork, with a clear growth path to Sales Manager.

Responsibilities LinkedIn (80% of time) Managing and developing LinkedIn accounts (personal and company) Posting content and engagement (comments, likes) Manual and semi-automated outbound outreach Lead research and database building Hypothesis testing (ICP, niches, messaging) Profile and message optimization based on hypotheses Working with tools:LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo LinkedHelper

Upwork (20% of time) Manual proposal submission Writing and optimizing cover letters / bids Profile optimization for niches and hypotheses Written communication with clients Follow-ups and lead nurturing Maintaining lead status tracking

General Working with ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) Maintaining CRM / spreadsheets Basic analytics and reporting Collaboration with the tech and delivery teams to better understand service offerings

Requirements 1+ year of experience in IT lead generation / outbound sales Practical experience with:LinkedIn outbound lead generation Upwork manual bidding

Hands-on experience with:LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo LinkedHelper (or similar tools)

Understanding of B2B sales and sales funnel basics English level B2+ (written communication) Strong attention to detail, discipline, and structured thinking High tolerance for routine and repetitive outbound tasks

Nice to Have Experience building outbound processes from scratch Understanding of software development processes (SaaS, Frontend/Backend) Experience with multiple automation tools Interest in growing into a Sales Manager role
