We’re looking for a hands-on Upwork Outreach/ Lead Generation Specialist who knows how to turn bids into conversations and conversations into sales calls. No spam, no templates — only thoughtful, value-driven outreach.

Role Mission - to generate a steady flow of qualified leads from Upwork by actively bidding on relevant projects, writing personalized proposals, and engaging potential clients in direct conversations — all the way to the first sales call / negotiation stage.

Key Responsibilities Work hands-on with Upwork:Identify and analyze relevant job postings Write highly personalized bid proposals Communicate with clients via Upwork messages

Conduct direct outreach to potential clients (Upwork, LinkedIn) Adapt messaging based on client needs, industries, and budgets Manage follow-ups and maintain conversations until handoff to founder Track leads, statuses, and results in Google Sheets Analyze performance metrics:Bid → reply rate Call → deal (in collaboration with sales)

Success Metrics (KPIs) Number of high-quality bids submitted per week Reply rate on proposals Number of booked calls Lead quality (budget fit, relevance, decision-makers)

Ideal Candidate Profile 6+ months of experience with Upwork bidding, outreach, or lead generation Strong ability to write value-driven, non-template proposals Ability to quickly understand client pain points from descriptions Written English at B2+ level High attention to detail, independence, and structured approach
