Project Manager Fluent is a market leader with a significant tier 1 & 2 client base that operate in the Capital Markets Responsibility will include Proactively manage 1–2 major integration and implementation projects with world-class customers at any given time Be responsible for all customer project communication, gathering requirements, co-ordinating and managing delivery timelines Communicate and co-manage Development and QA teams Present regular project status reports to client and Fluent management Desired Skills & Experience

Proven experience in managing software projects: timelines, content, requirements 2+ years of experience as a BA, PM, or Product Owner in outsource companies Experience working on 2+ projects simultaneously Some technological background, preferably as an engineer (Developer or QA) Experience with directly communicating with external customers. Excellent English Advantage Experience in the financial industry (FX, Fixed income) and algorithmic trading Exposure to a wide range of systems, software and libraries. Understanding of Linux systems, including log analysis, regular expressions, and process management.
