Product owner / Business Analyst

About the project

We’re a small SaaS team providing and improving a QR code platform. We move fast, keep things simple, and avoid unnecessary ceremonies. We now need someone who can turn product ideas into clear, buildable requirements and help keep our delivery flow smooth.

What you’ll do Break down product direction into clear requirements (Confluence page and Jira tickets) Prepare Jira tickets with acceptance criteria, error handling and feature related test cases Clarify edge cases and dependencies with developers and designer. Maintain weekly priorities with the product co-founder. Coordinate what’s in progress, what’s blocked, and what’s ready. Perform acceptance testing before release.

Location Remote (UTC+3 preferred, but flexible)

Other Details Tech Team communicates in Ukrainian (and English) 100% remote Open and transparent communication Strong problem-solving skills Soft skills Required to commit at least 20 hours to the project per week. Possibility for full-time in the future, if validated fit. Hourly salary - invoice required at the end of each month.
