VIP Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and driven VIP Team Lead to manage and grow a high-performing team focused on player retention and revenue generation in the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing VIP teams, understands player lifecycle metrics, and excels in performance monitoring, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead the day-to-day operations, ensure excellent service for high-value players, and drive team alignment with overall business goals HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Lead and manage a team of VIP Managers, ensuring daily operations, shift coverage, and workload distribution. Monitor and analyze key KPIs: retention, ARPPU, redeposit rate, second deposit conversion, and individual performance. Ensure high-quality service and proactive communication with VIP and high-value customers. Handle escalated cases and complex communication scenarios. Align team efforts with ongoing retention and revenue objectives. Collaborate with Product, CRM, Support, PRM, and Analytics teams to ensure full data visibility and optimized player lifecycle management. WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE 2+ years of experience managing VIP account teams in iGaming (mandatory). Deep understanding of player lifecycle metrics and operational KPIs. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. English level: B2+.
